Terms of service
Last updated: 1 May 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using SKIP2Q, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
SKIP2Q is a platform that lets users discover venues and events, purchase access passes (free, fast track, or VIP), and validate entry via a QR code. Venue operators set their own pricing and capacity.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least the legal age required for the venue you're entering — typically 18+ for nightlife. Venues remain responsible for their own age verification at the door.
4. Payments & refunds
Passes are purchased in-app via secure third-party processors. Fast track and VIP fees are non-refundable once the event start time has passed, except as required by Spanish consumer law. If a venue cancels an event, the pass fee is automatically refunded within 14 days.
5. Conduct at venues
SKIP2Q does not override a venue's right to refuse entry. Door staff retain final discretion. We will not refund the fee where entry is refused due to user conduct (intoxication, dress code violations, etc.).
6. Intellectual property
SKIP2Q, the SKIP2Q logo, and the underlying software are the property of SKIP2Q and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKIP2Q is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost enjoyment, or third-party venue conduct. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.
